1. What this service is

Sell Your Closet is a venue. Sellers list their own second-hand clothing, shoes and accessories; buyers contact sellers directly. We are not a party to any sale, we do not handle the money for sales between members, and we do not guarantee the condition, authenticity or delivery of any item.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

3. Listing credits

Listing a piece uses one credit. Credits are purchased through Stripe, are personal to your account, do not expire, and are not refundable once used to publish a listing. A listing rejected by our automatic content screening does not entitle you to a refund of the credit.

4. Your content

You may only list items you own and photos you took or have the right to use. Your listing photos are processed by AI to create a styled catalog image; you allow us to display both on the service. Prohibited: anything that is not clothing, shoes or fashion accessories; counterfeit goods; and any content that is unlawful, sexual, hateful or dangerous. Listings pass an automatic screening and we may remove any listing at any time at our discretion.

5. Sales between members

Price, payment, meeting or shipping arrangements are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Use common sense: meet in public places, inspect before paying.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the past twelve months.

7. Changes
